It is Shake Shack, a restaurant chain famous for its gourmet hamburgers. Shake Shack aficionados say the quality of the beef (no hormones, no antibiotics) makes the company’s burgers worth the wait – 30 minutes or more in a sidewalk queue in midtown Manhattan.
