AmeriHome, Inc.

General Information

(Note: AmeriHome withdrew its IPO registration in an SEC filing dated Feb. 18, 2021, two days after news broke that Western Alliance, a bank, had agreed to buy AmeriHome for $1 billion in cash. AmeriHome had planned to go public in late October 2020, but that IPO was postponed. The company refiled its IPO plans in an SEC filing dated Jan. 4, 2021, but those plans are now moot.)
