We intend to focus our search on the technology-enabled financial sectors or related industries. We are also not limited to a particular geographic region for purposes of consummating an initial business combination, but we will not undertake our initial business combination with any entity that conducts a majority of its business or is headquartered in China (including Hong Kong and Macau). 

Although we intend to focus our search on companies within technology-enabled financial sectors, including but not limited to blockchain, datacenter, non-fungible token, ecommerce and other technology-related infrastructure sectors, we are not required to complete our initial business combination with a business in these industries and, as a result, we may pursue a business combination outside of these industries.
