The IPO Buzz: Tianci Cuts NASDAQ Uplisting Deal’s Size & Prices It at $4 – Low End

Global ocean freight forwarder Tianci International (CIIT) reduced its NASDAQ uplisting deal’s size to 1.75 million shares – down from 2.17 million shares in the prospectus – and priced the public offering at $4.00 – the  low end of its $4.00-to-$5.00 range – to raise $7.0 million on Wednesday night, April 9, 2025. Shares of Tianci International are expected to start trading tomorrow – Thursday, April 10 – on the NASDAQ.

Tianci International conducted the public offering in conjunction with the uplisting of its stock to the NASDAQ from the OTC Pink Market.

The Hong Kong-based company runs its business through its subsidiary, Roshing International.
