We expect to focus on a target in an industry where we believe our management team’s and our affiliates’ expertise will provide us with a competitive advantage, including the financial services, digital assets, healthcare, real estate services, technology and software industries.

Our officers consist of:

•        Brandon Lutnick, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, who joined Cantor in April 2022 and has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cantor since February 2025; and

•        Jane Novak, our Chief Financial Officer, who joined Cantor in October 2017 and, since then, has served as the Global Head of Accounting Policy.
