We are a blank check company, also known as a special purpose acquisition company – or SPAC. 

We may pursue an initial business combination target in any business or industry or at any stage of its corporate evolution. Our management team and board members consist of seasoned professionals who have experience spanning various industries, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), consumer AI, mobile applications (mobile apps), mobile games, financial technology, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance and legal matters and investment management that we intend to focus on initially.
