Lake Superior Acquisition Corp.

General Information
Business:

(Incorporated in the British Virgin Islands)

We are a blank check company. We intend to target the energy storage, social media and consumer staples industries in our search for a company to acquire through a merger or through an initial business combination.

We will seek to acquire one or more businesses with an enterprise value between $500 million and $1 billion that has proven cash generation ability along with attractive long-term growth prospects and favorable secular trends. We believe we have significant access to companies within this range and that we can initiate an acquisition strategy that will help us identify an appropriate target and complete a business combination.

Edward Cong Wang, the managing partner of Pacifico Financial Group, is our CEO and the chairman of the board of directors.
