We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to focus our search for investment opportunities on real estate and infrastructure assets, especially within the energy, telecommunications and transportation sectors.

Benjamin Friedman, managing partner at The Avery Companies, is our CEO and CFO as well as a member of the board of directors. He is also a partner at Friedman Capital.  He is a co-founder and a director of PhireLink.

Brian Friedman, a partner at Friedman Capital, is the chairman of our board of directors. He is a managing partner at Foxhall Partners.
