We sell branded ginger-based beverages and other drinks. We offer a portfolio of 50 natural, premium and functional beverages under the Reed’s and Virgil’s brands. We sell full-sugar and zero-sugar organic ginger ales, RTD (ready-to-drink) alcoholic mules containing 7 percent ABV, hard ginger ales with 5 percent ABV, and a multi-functional soda line featuring organic ingredients.

Our products are sold in over 32,000 outlets across the US and in Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, the Caribbean, the European Union, and the APAC region.

We have a network of seven independent co-packers and five distribution centers.

(Note: Reed’s priced its NYSE-American Exchange uplisting deal – a public offering –  at $4.00 – with the company selling 2.5 million shares and warrants to buy up to 2.5 million shares – to raise $10 million on Thursday night, Dec. 4, 2025, according to Reed’s news release announcing the pricing details. Each share of common stock and accompanying warrant to buy one share of common stock was sold together at a combined public offering price of $4.00, the company said in the news release. This deal was a public offering conducted in connection with the uplisting of Reed’s stock from the OTCQX Best Market, according to the prospectus.)
