We are a newly organized blank check company, also known as a SPAC. We intend to focus our search for an acquisition target on companies with long-term growth potential and defensible market positions, especially those with enterprise values between $180 million and $1 billion.

Qi Gong is our CEO, CFO and chairwoman. She is the founder and CEO of several consulting firms, including American Information Technology.
