We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to target the oil and gas sector in our search for a suitable acquisition target or for an appropriate candidate for an initial business combination.

We will look at companies involved in oil and gas exploration and production as well as those in midstream areas – transportation, storage, gathering and logistics – and those in the downstream end of the business – refining, processing, marketing and distribution. 

We also plan on exploring opportunities in related areas such as energy transition technologies, artificial intelligence applications in energy, digital transformation for resource optimization, the explosive growth in power demand driven by the artificial intelligence boom and hyperscale data centers (with natural gas providing reliable dispatchable power to data centers) and other infrastructure or industrial opportunities that complement the energy sector.

Farbod Pasha Asgharzadeh is our CEO. He is the director of the marine contracting division at ARCO Turnkey Solutions. 

James DeAngelis is our CFO. He is a principal at Meteora Capital, LLC, an investment adviser specializing in SPAC-related investments since July 2025.
