We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to focus our search for a target company on businesses involved in sustainability, AI, software and healthcare.
Our focus will be on small-cap companies that run a green and sustainable business or that are involved in new energy, cutting-edge technologies, AI applications, business software or healthcare products. Our geographic focus extends from North America and Europe to the APAC region.
Yongsheng Liu is our CEO and the chairman of our board of directors. He previously served as the CEO of Royal China Holdings Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong Exchange.
Zhen Li is our CFO. He is the founder and the former CEO of Shanghai Yimi Investment Management.
(Note: Bridge III Acquisition Corp. filed its S-1 for its SPAC IPO on May 29, 2026, and disclosed the terms: 10 million units at $10.00 each to raise $100 million. Each unit consists of one share and one right to receive one-eighth (1/8th) of one share at the time of the initial business combination.)
