We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to target established businesses with defensible business models, long-term growth potential and stable free cash flow. 

Wenxi He is our CEO and board chair. She is the CEO of Metal Sky Star Acquisition, which intends to liquidate. She is the former CEO of DT Cloud Acquisition. Ms. He also serves as the Chief Investment Officer at KX Power Limited, an asset management company based in London, specializing in the development and management of renewable energy and power generation assets, since February 2019. Ms. He has over 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry. Prior to joining KX Power Limited, she served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Commodity Exchange Traded Products at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London.

Christopher Regan is our CFO. He is the head of trading at KX Power.
