Accelevation designs, manufactures and installs power distribution and infrastructure products for data centers.

Olympus Partners, a private equity firm, owns Accelevation – and it will still control the company after the IPO.

Accelevation is going public at a time of strong pushback against AI data centers, which represent a major segment of Accelevation’s clientele.

Accelevation Holdings, based in Miamisburg, near Dayton, Ohio, described its products in the prospectus:

-Its power products include branch circuit whips and high-density remote power panels as well as power distribution units, related monitoring technologies and adjacent upstream power distribution products.

-Its infrastructure products include TechFrame steel structures, conveyance systems, rack and cabinet support, cable and fiber routing components and other modular infrastructure components.

-Its thermal management products include containment, airflow management and liquid-cooling-ready products integrated into white space infrastructure systems.

Accelevation’s customers include AWS (Amazon Web Services), CoreWeave, CyrusOne, Digital Realty, Google, Meta, Forgent Power Solutions and Microsoft, according to published reports.

“We help our large data center customers, including AI and cloud data center customers, accelerate deployment through integrated factory-built solutions designed for speed, scalability and deployment certainty,” the company said in the prospectus. “Our execution against these customer needs drove revenue growth of 147 percent from 2024 to 2025 and contributed to a backlog of about $1.1 billion as of June 30, 2026.”

Accelevation plans to use its proceeds to repay about $180 million of debt, the prospectus said.

Accelevation is profitable: Net income of $32.36 million on revenue of $726.64 million for the 12 months that ended on June 30, 2026, according to financial statements in the prospectus.
