We are a newly organized blank check company, established by Chinese investment fund managers. The focus is on businesses in North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania with a strong existing or potential customer base in a large addressable market, with products and services necessary to the continuing function of a core economic industry or service, and a recurring revenue model, among other characteristics..

Bo Yan is our CEO and chairman of the board. Since July 2017, he has served as the chairman of Beijing Chengye Fund Management Co., Ltd., an investment management and financial consulting services company. Dr. Yan has about 20 years of professional experience in the investment banking and fund management industries. He specializes in formulating investment strategies, managing investor relationships and driving the growth of companies covering a wide range of industries such as technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, clean energy and FinTech. He earned his Ph.D in finance from the Central University of Finance and Economics in 2013.

Shen Ma is our CFO and a member of the board of directors. He is a partner in Beijing Chengye Fund Management.
