We intend to focus our search on drive-to destination hotels, digital entertainment and gaming, and lodging technology businesses, which complements the expertise of our management team, directors and advisors.

We currently intend to combine with Two Bit Circus, Inc., a Los Angeles-based experiential entertainment company that is affiliated with certain members of our management team, concurrent with the completion of our initial business combination. We will not, however, complete an initial business combination with only Two Bit Circus.
