We intend to focus our search on companies in the financial technology, media, gaming and financial services (“FTMG”) and in the wealth-advisory and asset management industries with an enterprise value between $500 million to $1.5 billion. Our management team has experience sourcing, acquiring, growing and monetizing companies in these industries.
