We are a newly organized blank check company, also known as a SPAC. We intend to focus on companies involved in AI, cloud services and automotive tech in our search for an acquisition target.

Eric Ball is our chairman of the board. He is a founding general partner at Impact Venture Capital, a Silicon Valley-based VC firm that has invested in early-stage applied AI (artificial intelligence) startup companies since 2016. Previously Dr. Ball held several senior management positions in high-growth technology companies. Dr. Ball was the CFO for C3.AI from 2015 to 2016. Before that, he spent over a decade with Oracle Corp., including acting as senior vice president and treasurer. He previously was a senior financial professional for Flextronics International, Cisco Systems, Avery Dennison and AT&T.

Long Long, our CEO, previously worked for IBM for 10 years. From 2006 to 2016, Mr. Long worked for IBM in a variety of corporate finance, audit and managerial roles, both within the U.S. and abroad. From 2015 to 2016, he was the finance controller for IBM China’s consulting business unit and sales channels.
