As the name indicates, this is the fifth SPAC established and led by the founder and key executives of Perceptive Advisors, an investment firm focused on the healthcare industry, especially the life sciences and medical technology sectors. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands)

We intend to focus on target businesses in the life sciences and medical technology sectors in North America and Europe. We will focus on companies with valuations of $300 million to $500 million or more and that have the potential to be $1 billion or more market capitalization companies.
