We are a Phase 2B/Phase 3 company – a University of British Columbia spinoff. We are a clinical biotech focused on developing treatments for scarring and autoimmune diseases.

Our lead product candidate is FS2 (kynurenic acid). We are developing FS2 in a Phase 2b/Phase 3 trial as a topical therapy to prevent scars and as a treatment for burn victims who need skin grafts.

We are also developing FS2 as a systemic therapy for organi fibrosis, starting with IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis).

Our second product candidate, AI-001, is a combination of a one-time injection of antigen-presenting cells with daily administration of FS1 or FS2. We are developing AI-001 as a treatment for Type 1 diabetes and alopecia areata. We plan to conduct Phase 1b/Phase 2a trials of AI-001 for Type 1 diabetes and alopecia areata.

In April 2026, we raised $450,000 by offering stock at $8.00 per share. In February 2026, we converted our convertible debt at a conversion price of $3.00 per share. The average of those two offering prices equates to $5.50 per share.
