Cafe Deco is a unique food and beverage group headquartered in Hong Kong. The Group’s business consists of two divisions: (i) restaurants operations, which consist of Hong Kong restaurants, bars and cafes, operating as Cafe Deco, and the iconic Cafe Sydney in Sydney, Australia; (ii) food and bakery operations, which consist of Food Square, a premium fish and meats import, processing and distribution business in Hong Kong, and Baker & Patissier, a premium western bakery and patisserie production, distribution and retail business in Hong Kong.

Over the last three years, the Group successfully grew its footprint in Hong Kong from 21 outlets at the end of 2021 to 45 outlets as of the date of this prospectus. While doing so, the Group further strengthened its portfolio of brands and cuisines to include both exclusive and non-exclusive franchised well-known concepts from Japan and Taiwan, as well as growing the Group’s own brands such as Bamboo Thai, Chef’s Cuts and Cafe Deco Pizzeria.
