We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to focus on the technology sector in our search for a target company. We expect to look at companies involved in areas such as harm reduction, wellness products, hemp-derived consumables, psychedelics, health-oriented markets and tech-enabled platforms.
Michael Cam-Phung is the chairman of Cambridge Acquisiton. He is the VP and head of medtech solutions strategy at Tekni-Plex.
Brent Cox is the CEO and a director. He is the founder and managing principal of private investment firm Subtext Holdings.
Anthony Naimo is our CFO. He is the managing director of Procorso, a management consulting firm, and the CFO of Sarah Flint.
