Mark Ein and Dyson Dryden have established Capitol Investment Corp. V, their fifth blank check company, to invest in and help build an industry-leading public company that will aim to deliver long-term value to stockholders. We are one of only two U.S. sponsor teams of SPACs over $100 million in size to close four SPAC transactions. 

Mr. Ein was a principal of The Carlyle Group from 1992 to 1999. Mr. Dryden was a managing director in Citigroup’s investment banking division, in its global TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) group. They have worked together for over a decade.
