We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to focus our search initially on businesses that provide products or services impacting the sovereignty, security, self-sufficiency, or other national interests of the United States and/or its allies, including in the financial, strategic resources, defense technology, or artificial intelligence sectors.

Daniel Hoffman, 65, has served as the CEO of our company since its incorporation on Feb. 9, 2026. He will serve on the board after the IPO. He is the founder and CEO of The Monday Group, a multi-family network investing in a broad variety of assets, which he founded in May 2023. He has extensive experience in finance, including 22 years at Bear Stearns – from 1986 to 2008. During his Bear Stearns years, he was the senior managing director of the Fixed Income Division and the head of U.S. Securitized Products, Mortgage and Interest Rate Sales. Before joining Bear Stearns, he began his career at NBC Television in 1984, where he held various finance and administrative positions in several NBC divisions until 1986, according to his bio in the prospectus.

(Note: Collective Acquisition Corp. II filed its S-1 on March 27, 2026, and disclosed the terms of its SPAC IPO: 22 million units at $10.00 each to raise $220 million. Each unit consists of one share of stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant.)
