We are a newly organized blank check company. We plan to search for target companies in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) regions and in Latin America. We will focus our search on the AI and digital infrastructure, sports, media and entertainment, healthcare, energy transition, mining industries and cryptocurrency.

Gary Quin is our CEO, CFO and the chairman of our board of directors. Mr. Quin is also the vice chairman of Cohen & Company Capital Markets.
