Note: This blank check company – also known as a SPAC – changed its name to ARC Group Acquisition I Corp. – from D. Boral ARC Acquisition II Corp. – after D. Boral Capital withdrew as a sponsor of the blank check company, according to an S-1/A filing dated Dec. 10, 2025. This SPAC is now run by executives from Bio Green Med Solution and ARC Group. The SPAC IPO’s size was cut to 15 million units – down from 25 million units initially – and the price remains at $10.00 each – to raise $150 million, according to the S-1/A filing on Dec. 10, 2025.
From the S/1/A filing: This Registration Statement contains a prospectus relating to the initial public offering of units of ARC Group Acquisition I Corp. (who changed its name from D. Boral ARC Acquisition II Corp.) for $10.00 per unit, each consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
We will seek to acquire one or more businesses with an aggregate enterprise value of $700 million or greater, although, if we believe it is in the best interests of our shareholders, we may pursue a business combination with a target below that size.
Datuk Wong, the CEO of Bio Green Med Solution, is the new CEO and a director of ARC Group Acquisition I Corp.
Cu Seng Kui, the CFO of Bio Green Med Solution, is the new CFO of ARC Group Acquisition I corp.
Ian Hanna, the CEO and a partner of ARC Group Securities, is the COO and a director of ARC Group Securities.
