Our sponsor is an affiliate of Riverstone Investment Group, LLC, which has extensive experience in identifying and executing acquisitions across the renewable, infrastructure, upstream and industrial services sectors, and has a two decade history of managing a portfolio of industrial assets that it believes must be at the core of a solutions roadmap to address climate change through decarbonization.

Erik Anderson, the executive chairman of Topgolf Entertainment Group, will serve as our CEO. Jim McDermott, the founder of Stamps.com, will serve as our lead independent director. They bring significant backgrounds and experience as entrepreneurs and in the decarbonization investment space.
