We will pursue investments primarily based in North America. In particular, we intend to focus on companies across the emerging healthcare value chain, life sciences tools, enabling software, synthetic biology and novel drug discovery and development platforms that enable applications in prevention, diagnosis, treatment and advanced bio-materials. We may pursue a transaction in which our stockholders immediately prior to the completion of our initial business combination would collectively own a minority interest in the post-business combination company.
