(Incorporated in Nevada)
We are a newly established blank check company, also known as a SPAC. We intend to focus our search for a target business involved in the FinTech (financial technology) sector or in the compute infrastructure and energy solutions sectors. In addition, although we will not limit our search to any particular geographic region, we will not undertake our initial business combination with any company being based in or having the majority of the company’s operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau).
Molly Huang is our CEO and a director. She is the former managing director of Amber Capital Asia.
Thomas Kerkaert is our CFO and a director. He is the former CFO of Riverbend Sandler Pools.
