We are a newly organized blank check company – backed by General Catalyst – to target the aerospace and defense sector. We intend to search for target companies in the aerospace and defense sector, including those involved in national security and other associated industries, the prospectus said. Businesses involved with software-defined defense platforms, advanced manufacturing and industrial automation, and alternative energy solutions will be considered during our search.

Hemant Taneja is the chairman of our board of directors. He is a managing director and the CEO of General Catalyst, a venture capital firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Paul Kwan is our CEO. He is a managing director of General Catalyst. Mr. Kwan previously spent more than two decades with Morgan Stanley, where he was the head of West Coast technology banking.

Christopher Kauffman is our CFO. He is a partner at General Catalyst.  Mr. Kauffman formerly was with Ruggable, where he was vice president of finance. He previously was vice president in Frontier Technologies at SoftBank Investment Advisers (SoftBank Vision Fund).
