We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to search for a target business in Asia with a strong management team and the potential for revenue and earnings growth along with strong generation of free cash flow.

David (Yong) Yan is our CEO and CFO. Dr. Yan has been a partner since January 2014 at the Shanghai-based V-Stone Capital, he oversees fund raising and private equity investments in FinTech, blockchain, big data, healthcare and other areas. 

Sanxin Yan, our chairman, has over 25 years of leadership experience in multinational corporations. Since May 2024, he has served as the chairman of the board of Hong Kong Joyful Bird International Capital Corp. Limited, an investment company. Since October 2001, he has served as the CEO of Hong Kong Starlines Corp. Limited, a garment company, where he oversees human resources and sales and marketing for clients such as Gap, Old Navy and Reyn Spooner.
