Goree, our chairman and CEO, has over 40 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry involving exploration and production, oil and gas pipeline construction and operations, natural gas gathering, processing and gas liquification. He is the founder, chairman and CEO of Houston Natural Resources, Inc., a global natural resource corporation located in Houston, Texas, and the controlling member of our sponsor. Mr. Goree previously was the founder and president of Goree Petroleum Inc., a corporation engaged in oil and gas exploration and production in premiere basins throughout the United States for 35 years.
