We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to search for target companies involved in software that leverages large language models (LLMs) or other AI tools, especially companies that sit at the intersection of AI infrastructure and applied solutions. This group includes AI software platforms, hosting infrastructure, applied consumer AI apps, model creators and other foundational elements of AI transformation companies.
