We are a mineral exploration and development company dedicated to developing rare earth elements in Brazil. We are a pre-revenue company. We aim to develop an alternative to Chinese supply of rare earth elements – with a focus on supplying Western markets.

Our primary asset is the Itarantim Project, an adsorption clay deposit overlapping the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais in Brazil. Itarantim has about 1.1 billion metric tons of an identified mineral resource.

Our goal is to develop a supply of magnet rare earth elements – neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium – used in permanent magnets that are components of electric vehicles (EVs), wind turbines, defense systems and consumer electronics.

Note: Net loss is for the year that ended on March 31, 2026. The company has no operating revenues.
