We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to focus our search for an acquisition target on the cryptocurrency industry. We will target companies involved in stablecoin and other aspects of the digital economy such as payment gateways, digital exchanges, crypto miners, crypto holding and trading, crypto treasury strategy, high performance computing and energy.

Michael Singer, the managing partner of Insight Private Equity Funds and Alternative Insight, is our CEO and chairman. 

Glenn Worman, a partner at Seaton Hill Partners, is our CFO.
