We are a newly organized blank check company. We may search for an acquisition target in any sector or region.

Our sponsor is controlled by affiliates of Ahmed Fattouh and InterPrivate, a private investment firm founded by Mr. Fattouh that invests primarily in partnership with family offices and independent private equity and venture capital sponsors. Affiliates of our management team have sponsored four prior special purpose acquisition companies, each of which pursued a distinct investment strategy. We believe the experience gained across multiple SPAC sponsorships — together with our management team’s experience in sourcing, valuing, diligencing, structuring and executing transactions — positions us to identify and execute a compelling initial business combination.

Our management team includes experienced investors and operators spanning private equity, technology and digital assets and blockchain, including Ahmed Fattouh, Alexey Sokolin and Alan Pinto. We expect to leverage our management team’s experience, relationships and execution capabilities, together with InterPrivate’s broader network, to source proprietary opportunities and to support a target business through the transition to the public markets and its next phase of growth.
