Orestes Fintiklis, our CEO and board chairman, has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality investment and asset management. Mr. Fintiklis is the founder and managing partner of Ithaca Capital Partners. Ithaca is a private equity real estate investment management company. In the past three years alone, Ithaca has acquired and/or asset-managed five hospitality businesses, including the acquisition of iconic and award-winning hotels such as the JW Marriott Panama and W Hotel Bogota (which, in 2020, readers of Condé Nast Traveler voted as the fourth-best hotel in Latin America and the 10th-best hotel in the world).
