We are a newly incorporated blank check company backed by Meteora Capital. We intend to focus on sectors aligned with airborne and space platforms and remote sensors, defense technology, mobile communications, broadband connectivity, radar, electronic weapons and countermeasures, the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI, as well as Big Data analytics. Our search for an acquisition target will include hardware manufacturers and software companies as well as companies that provide analytics and other space-related services.

CEO Richard Davis is the founder and managing member of ArgoSat.

CFO Vikas Mittal is the managing member and  CIO of Meteora Capital.
