(Note: Lerer Hippeau Acquisition priced its SPAC IPO on March 4, 2021, in line with the terms of its amended prospectus dated March 2, 2021: 20 million Class A shares were priced at $10 each to raise $200 million. In the S-1/A dated March 2, the company changed its offering to 20 million shares of Class A common stock, a shift from its initial terms of 20 million units.
