Note: This is NOT an IPO. This is a NASDAQ Direct Listing. Registered stockholders of Med-X may sell up to 13.1 million shares of common stock, which happens to be all of the company’s outstanding stock. No reference price has been set. Maxim Group will serve as the financial advisor.

Med-X develops, manufactures and markets these green products under these brands:

– Nature-Cide – natural botanical pesticides and repellents for professional pest control, hospitality, agriculture and other uses;

– Thermal-Aid – natural heating and cooling pain relief products for people and pets

Both are sold through national distributors and e-commerce platforms.

Note: Net loss and revenue are for the 12 months that ended on June 30, 2026.

The company also markets products under its Malibu Brands division, which currently includes its Pacific Pain Relief Cream, a topical product formulated with naturally derived ingredients. The product is offered primarily through its e-commerce platform. The Malibu Brands product line currently consists of this product, and the company may develop additional formulations in the future.

Background: Med-X previously filed to go public in September 2022. That IPO’s terms were changed numerous times. Med-X withdraw that filing in April 2024.
