MELI Kaszek Pioneer reunites MELI’s founders and key members of the founding team, who worked as a cohesive unit from the company’s start in 1999 to 2011. They were pioneers in identifying the potential for disruption through technology in Latin America. MELI became the region’s most valuable technology company in terms of market capitalization, as of the date of this prospectus. Several of MELI’s founders were subsequently pioneers in bringing global venture capital at scale to the vibrant Latin American tech ecosystem, and Kaszek is now the largest early-stage technology-focused venture capital manager in Latin America.
