We intend to search globally for a target with operations or prospects focusing on the global consumer and technology sectors with disruptive growth potential through the use of technology that can benefit from operations in Asia, excluding the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau (collectively referred to herein as “China”). We do not intend to pursue a business combination target that is based in or has substantial operations in China.
We will initially target businesses with enterprise values of approximately $500 million to $1.0 billion.
Jonathan Lin, also known as Jonathan Hou Pu Lin, is our CEO and chairman of the board. Mr. Lin is the co-founder, partner and chief investment officer at L2 Capital. He has over 18 years of investment experience across multiple geographies overseeing strategies from public to private investments.
Gary Chan, also known as Gary Kar Yin Chan, is our CFO. Mr. Chan has over 25 years of experience in financial management, private and public equity investments, company and industry research.
