pan-Africa Corp.

General Information
Business:

(Incorporated in the Cayman Islands)

We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to focus on opportunities in Africa — with a specific focus on geographies where we are confident that our team’s differentiated expertise and relationships will yield a world-class company.

We believe that Africa presents a structurally attractive investment landscape underpinned by long-term macroeconomic trends. Importantly, we have assembled a team led by Jide Zeitlin (former CEO and chairman of Tapestry, Inc. and global COO of Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking business) that is uniquely well-positioned to serve as a conduit between the U.S. capital markets and Africa. Mr. Zeitlin has extensive experience investing in Africa — both as the decade-long former founding director and then chairman of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (“NSIA”) through 2021 and as a member for more than a decade of the general partner at Kuramo Capital Management — an Africa-focused private equity fund of funds that has nearly $500 million of AUM and invests on behalf of multiple leading American and U.K. endowments, foundations and public & private pension plans.

Mr. Zeitlin has assembled a team of directors who have similarly spent their careers in both the U.S. capital markets and directly in Africa. The team has built and scaled businesses that meet global standards in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Congo, and beyond with an understanding of how to navigate market and regulatory complexity across the continent.

Tosin Okojie (Chief Financial Officer) is a seasoned finance and strategy executive with over 30 years of experience scaling businesses across sub-Saharan Africa and globally — including building Andela, one of Africa’s first unicorns, and scaling Niche into one of North America’s largest technology marketplaces. He has worked as an advisor to Fortune 500 and global firms in telecoms, infrastructure, energy, real estate, and heavy equipment — and held executive level roles at publicly listed companies like Unilever, Sears, and Schneider Electric.

(Note: pan-Africa Corp. filed its S-1 on Oct. 24, 2025, for its SPAC IPO and disclosed the terms: 12.5 million units at $10.00 each to raise $125.0 million.
