We are a newly established blank check company. We intend to focus our search for an acquisition target on the financial services industry (FIG) sector with a focus on pursuing targets in the specialty finance sector, particularly specialty lending companies with unique technology platforms that can generate loan volume digitally for commercial and consumer customers in an efficient manner, and fee-based FinTech and payment companies.

We will also consider investments in the community banking sector, which includes more than 4,000 public and privately held depository institutions in the United States. The Federal Reserve defines community banking organizations as those that hold under $10 billion of assets. We believe that the community banking sector is a large but underserved market with attractive investment attributes.
