Qureshi, the co-founders and managing partners of BroadPeak Global, a private equity firm. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands.) From the prospectus: ” We intend to focus our efforts in identifying a prospective target business with either all or a substantial portion of its activities in North America, Europe, or Asia. Traditional industry, and with it, global trade, is being transformed and disrupted by the fourth industrial revolution.
