(Blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands) Our management team has extensive experience with blank check companies, also known as special-purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), going back to 2011, with the following eight SPACs: Spinning Eagle, Soaring Eagle, Flying Eagle, Diamond Eagle, Platinum Eagle, Double Eagle, Silver Eagle and Global Eagle. Eli Baker has been our CEO and a director since November 2021. Mr. Baker is a partner in Eagle Equity Partners (and its related companies). His experience includes serving as president, CFO and secretary of Diamond Eagle from March 2019 until the consummation of its business combination with DraftKings, Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG), in April 2020.
