We intend to concentrate our efforts in sectors where Sound Point maintains a deep level of relationships and expertise. We also seek to capitalize on the multiple decades of combined investment and operational experience of our management team. Our management team consists of Stephen Ketchum—Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Marc Sole— President and Director Nominee, David Grill—Chief Financial Officer and Director Nominee, and Philip Bartow—Head of Corporate Development. Experience among our seasoned management and non-executive directors include senior executive management positions at financial institutions and investment firms. In addition, our non-executive directors have extensive operating and executive experience in several industries that will be a focus of our company, including technology, media and consumer brands, among others.

Our sponsor is an affiliate of Sound Point Capital Management, LP (“Sound Point”), a registered investment advisor with a particular expertise in credit strategies.

Founded in 2008 by Stephen Ketchum, Sound Point is an alternative asset manager with approximately $29.9 billion in assets under management (“AUM”) as of Nov. 30, 2021. Sound Point has deep investing expertise across various credit strategies, including performing credit, stressed and distressed investing, alternative lending, direct lending, structured products, specialty financing and commercial real estate.
