We are a newly established blank check company. We intend to focus our search on the artificial intelligence sector.

Our objective is to identify and acquire a high-quality artificial intelligence company that we believe is capable of succeeding as a public company. Our search will focus on businesses that are already generating meaningful revenue, solving mission-critical customer problems and operating in segments where we believe durable public-market leaders are likely to emerge.

We intend to concentrate our initial sourcing efforts on five areas: enterprise AI applications and workflow automation; AI data, security and governance; AI infrastructure and enabling technologies; industrial AI, robotics and intelligent automation; and healthcare AI and life-sciences software.

Jeb Spencer is our chairman, CEO and CFO. Mr. Spencer has been a chief executive officer as well as an investor and a board member of technology companies for more than two decades. He  has served on the board of directors of several public and private software companies that have exited, including Ellie Mae, Docupace, SimpleNexus, Del Mar DataTrac, Accordent Technologies and SmartAction.
