We intend to focus our search for a target business operating in a sustainability-related industry, which includes, but is not limited to, clean energy and power (including generation, storage, smart grid technologies and hydrogen technologies and fuel cells), sustainable food and agriculture, transportation (including electric vehicles, mobility and fueling or charging infrastructure), resource management (including energy efficiency and carbon capture), environmental services (including waste management, pollution control, water and recycling) and technology-enabled sustainable solutions (including supply chain management) in North America.
