We are a blank check company (also known as a SPAC). We plan to focus on the e-commerce, FinTech, SaaS, renewable energy, mining and IT-enabled services sectors in our search for a company to acquire or to enter into an initial business combination with – and our search will concentrate on companies in the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.

Bhargava Marepally is the CEO and a director of StoneBridge Acquisition II. Mr. Marepally is also the founder and CEO of GSS Infotech.

Prabhu Antony is the president and a director of StoneBridge Acquisition II. Mr. Antony is a co-founder of Sett & Lucas, a financial institution based in Hong Kong.
